The Ramblers will move on to face Tennessee — which easily defeated Wright State, 73-47, Thursday — in the Round of 32. Odds for that matchup will soon be released by BetDSI Sportsbook. We anticipate Tennessee will be a slight favorite against Loyola Chicago.
Clayton Custer scored 14 points and hit four 3-pointers to pace the Ramblers on Thursday. Donte Ingram, who hit the paramount three and was the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament MVP, added 13 points.
Loyola Chicago’s odds to win the NCAA Tournament were slim, with BetDSI pegging the Ramblers at +60000 odds to cut down the nets in San Antonio. Miami entered the tournament with slightly better odds at +22000.
