Massachusetts-Lowell River Hawks – Maine Black Bears Preview – 02.11.2016

A defensive struggle can be expected from the Maine Black Bears (8-16) and Massachusetts-Lowell River Hawks (9-15) when two of the nation’s top scoring defenses battle it out at Cross Insurance Center. The game starts at 4:00 pm ET on Thursday, Feb. 11.

The Black Bears were beaten by New Hampshire 88-75 on Monday. Shaun Lawton was the top performer for the Black Bears, contributing 19 points, seven rebounds, and two steals. The River Hawks are coming off a 100-93 win over Vermont on Monday. Jahad Thomas shot 11 for 17 and led in scoring with 27 points.
