Miami Heat – Orlando Magic Preview – 04.08.2016

The Miami Heat will be at the Amway Center to square off against a divisional foe in the Orlando Magic. The game starts at 7:00 pm ET on Friday, Apr. 8 and will air on SUN and FxF.

The Magic were beaten by the Pistons 108-104 on Wednesday. Elfrid Payton had a good game for Orlando, finishing with 17 points, five assists, and two steals. The Heat, meanwhile, are coming off a 106-98 win over the Bulls on Thursday. Joe Johnson stood out for Miami, recording 17 points, four assists, and three rebounds.

Nikola Vucevic has really been playing well as of late for the Magic, averaging 21.5 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.2 blocks over the last five games.

The Heat have won both matchups against the Magic this season, including a 108-97 victory in their last matchup. Hassan Whiteside played a big role with 26 points and 12 rebounds.
