Miami Marlins – Minnesota Twins Preview – 06.09.2016

Ervin Santana (1-5, 4.50 ERA) and the Minnesota Twins (18-40) go up against Tom Koehler (3-6, 4.50 ERA) and the Miami Marlins (30-29) in the last of a three-game interleague series at Target Field. The Twins won the last game 7-5, and Minnesota leads the series 2-0. The game starts at 8:10 p.m. ET on Thursday, Jun. 9 and will air on FSN and FSFL.

In his most recent outing, Santana pitched 6.0 innings, giving up five runs, striking out four and walking three in a 7-4 loss to the Rays. Marcell Ozuna (.314, 36 Rs, 11 HRs, 31 RBIs) has been doing well offensively for the Marlins, going 2 for 5 yesterday with two RBIs.
