Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller is working on cutting his body fat as he tries to build on a solid 2018 effort on the ground. Miller averaged 4.6 yards per carry, gaining 973 yards and scoring five touchdowns. Miller added 25 catches for 163 yards and a touchdown. Since it was Miller’s best season since joining the Texans, he’s trying to replicate his offseason process for 2019.

Former Texas tight end Devonaire Clarington entering NFL Supplemental Draft
Devonaire Clarington never got to play a down of football for the University of Texas due to his inability to get academically eligible. But academics have nothing to do with NFL-level talent. In a single season at Northland Community College in Minnesota, Clarington caught 48 passes for 918 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Yeldon wants to compete for starting job in Buffalo
The Buffalo Bills have a crowded backfield heading into training camp, but former Jacksonville Jaguars runner T.J. Yeldon isn’t ready to capitulate just yet. LeSean McCoy is obviously the perceived starter, but he’ll have to hold off Yeldon, rookie Devin Singletary and Frank Gore.
What the heck are the Bills doing at RB? LeSean McCoy, Frank Gore, Devin Singletary and TJ Yeldon. Overkill.
