Oklahoma has been tabbed as heavily favored in this one and is currently giving up 37 points to Kansas. Oddsmakers have set the over/under (O/U) at 68.5 points, and if one school can find paydirt in the early stages, it’ll likely result in a nice betting opportunity in-game.

Oklahoma just picked up a 48-47 win over Oklahoma State. The defense let the Cowboys pass for 501 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 139 yards and four scores. Tylan Wallace torched the defense, putting up 220 yards and two touchdowns on 10 catches for Oklahoma State. For Oklahoma, Kyler Murray completed 21-of-29 passes for 349 yards and one touchdown. Trey Sermon (124 yards on 16 rush attempts, two TDs) and Kennedy Brooks (165 yards on 15 carries, three TDs) spearheaded the running game while Marquise Brown (eight receptions, 142 yards, one TD) and CeeDee Lamb (three catches, 52 yards) led the receiving attack in the win.
Kansas has run the ball on 51.8 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Oklahoma has an overall rush percentage of 58.2 percent. The Jayhawks have rushed for 142 yards/game (including 106 per game versus Big 12 opponents) and have nine touchdowns on the ground this year. The Sooners are totaling 257 rushing yards per game (270 in conference) and have 31 total rush TDs.
It appears that the Sooners could hold an edge when it comes to efficiency in the ground game, as their running backs has generated 6.8 yards per carry while the defense is allowing 3.6 yards per rush attempt to opponents.
