The NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast returns, as we once again review the weekend that was. After a weekend that produced 29 wins by road teams, the underdogs were barking big.
As is the norm on Tuesday, Ej the Rainmaker and Erik the Hun rewind the clock, and discuss all the results of the previous weekend around the landscape of college football.
An astounding 29 road teams came away with wins this past weekend, and that is certainly note-worthy! Considering there were 58 games played, that tells you that half of the teams went on the road and won. College football usually offers one of the best home field advantages in any sport in North America. Those times, they are a changin’!
You can count on our hosts to seek out the value in those dogs, because that’s what they do. Your Return On Investment (ROI) is always on our minds, so let us help you week after week.
Are you prepared for the ‘Whos’ the Dummy’ award this week? Every Tuesday our hosts find the player, or coach, who
just didn’t have their brains connected for some reason. Something was just misfiring, and we jumped all over Mr. Williams over in Oklahoma State for his lack of punt return skills. We will spell out the whole scenario for you, and you can decide if we found the right guy for the job!?
There is one game on Thursday, and four games being played on Friday, September 29. In addition, plays and predictions will be offered for all five of said contests.
Tune in again on Thursday, when Ej and Erik present all of their plays for the Saturday games. Conference play is all around us now, so every game holds twice the value in the standings.
When you need winners, you listen to the show. #MoneyTreesGrow
