Ej the Rainmaker and Erik the host the NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast, as Episode 7 hits the air.
On this week’s show, our hosts get you prepared for the entire Saturday college football slate. As you can see, Erik has written up over a dozen games on the site this week, and we will discuss those and more.
With the Thursday and Friday games previously discussed on the Tuesday edition, the focus is only on Saturday. We start with the two high-noon kickoff’s, with Michigan hosting Air Force, and Oklahoma State headed to Pittsburgh. The high-powered Cowboys’ offense arrives to Pitt as -13.5 favorites, where as Michigan are laying -23 points in the Big House.
A couple of 3:30 starts have relevance, as Clemson and Louisville highlight the afternoon games. Clemson walk in to Pappa Johns Stadium as -3 point favorites, but Lamar Jackson will have his say on all of that!
The night games will dominate today’s discussion, however, as nine evening kickoff’s have our attention.
LSU and Mississippi State feature among the evening games, and LSU are -7.5 road favorites. Erik might not be able to contain himself, and a big play from The Hun will be coming your way. Just wait until the end of the show, when Ej and Erik reveal their dog plays of the week. As usual, the guys find the value plays on the board, on top of snatching out the big dogs that bark.
Both Ej and Erik offer +200 ML Dogs as their upset special of the week on today’s throwdown podcast. Hopefully the two long-time handicappers can repeat last week’s effort with their dog plays. A nice 4 – 0 combined with +ML dogs came through for us, so we look to do it again!
