Back in Week 7, New England knocked off this Chicago crew by a score of 38-31. The Bears defense allowed the Patriots to rush for 108 yards on 27 attempts. Josh Gordon had a productive outing, posting 100 yards on four catches for New England. For Chicago, Mitchell Trubisky completed 26-of-50 passes for 333 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Jordan Howard (39 yards on 12 rush attempts, one TD) and the signal-caller Trubisky (81 yards on six carries, one TD) led the running game as Trey Burton (nine receptions, 126 yards, one TD) and Tarik Cohen (eight catches, 69 yards, one TD) led the pass-catching attack in the loss.
New York has run the ball on 47.1 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Chicago has an overall rush percentage of 44.9 percent.
