Jameis Winston is the favorite to go first overall in the 2015 NFL Draft which begins in late April. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to take Winston with their top pick. Head coach Lovie Smith said he prefers Winston over Marcus Mariota and the Bucs recently waived quarterback Josh McCown so it looks like they are preparing to take Winston with the top pick. Let’s take a look at a Mock Draft of the first 10 picks in the 2015 NFL Draft.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – (QB) Jameis Winston – All signs point to the Bucs taking Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston with the top pick. He has all the physical skills and can make all the throws but he does have off the field issues that make him a risk.
2. Tennessee Titans – (DE) Leonard Williams – The Titans seem to be convinced that Zach Mettenberger is the answer at quarterback so they may pass on taking Mariota. If that is the case then they should be going with Williams from USC.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars – (DE) Shane Ray – The Jaguars won’t be taking Mariota as they already have Blake Bortles. They badly need some defensive help and the best pass rusher in the draft is defensive end Shane Ray from Missouri.
4. Oakland Raiders – (DE) Randy Gregory – The Raiders still need a lot of pieces to be competitive. They could go with defensive end Gregory out of Nebraska or perhaps they reach for a receiver in this spot.
5. Washington Redskins – (WR) Amari Cooper – The Redskins need help on defensive but they also need a playmaker on offense and Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper is the best receiver in the draft.
6. New York Jets – (QB) Marcus Mariota – The Jets have to get someone who can play quarterback and Mariota could be there at No. 6. The Jets would love to get Cooper with this pick but he could be gone.
7. Chicago Bears – (NT) Danny Shelton – The Bears need help on defense and taking nose tackle Shelton from Washington makes sense as he would fit in perfectly in new coordinator Vic Fangio’s 3-4 scheme.
8. Atlanta Falcons – (LB) Dante Fowler – The Falcons badly need help on defense and taking outside linebacker Fowler makes a lot of sense.
9. New York Giants – (OT) Ereck Flowers – The Giants need to add some talent on the offensive line and they may go with offensive tackle Ereck Flowers out of Miami.
10. St. Louis Rams – (OT) Andrus Peat – The Rams don’t know if Jake Long will be healthy and they have a hole at right guard. They should be taking an offensive lineman and it could be the Stanford star.
