After completing its investigation at the request of security guard Kyle Johnson, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will not charge Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott with any crime.

According to TMZ, prosocutors reviewed the evidence of the altercation between Elliott and Johnson and could not press any charges.

The running back received no discipline from the NFL due to the incident. Currently, Zeke is on a beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, holding out for a significant upgrade in pay and a contract extension.

Reportedly, the Cowboys have an offer on the table for Elliott that would make him one of the five highest paid running backs in the league.

Marqise Lee activated from Jaguars PuP

Marqise Lee was activated off the Physically Unable to Perform list Saturday, offering a significant upgrade to the Jacksonville Jaguars receiving corps. Lee missed all of 2018 with a torn ACL.

Lee was a second round pick out of USC in 2014 by the Jags. In 2017, he caught 56 passes for 702 yards and three touchdowns.

Jacksonville arguably has the worst wide receiver group in the NFL. Dede Westbrook is slated to start opposite Lee and neither man has ever come close to a 1,000 yard season. Westbrook, a fourth rounder out of Oklahoma in 2017, caught 66 passes for 717 yards and five touchdowns, last year, all career highs.

Behind Lee and Westbrook, the Jaguars have Chris Conley and D.J. Chark. Conley caught five TDs with the Kansas City Chiefs last season, but none of these men have racked up significant yardage in their careers.

Denzelle Good activated from PuP

Lee wasn’t the only player allowed to hit the field the first time Saturday. The Oakland Raiders get back offensive lineman Denzelle Good from the Physically Unable to Perform List. It’s especially good news for the Raiders as Good will likely step in for suspended guard Richie Incognito during his two-game suspension.

The Raiders grabbed Good off Waivers from the Indianapolis Colts last season. He’s returning from offseason back surgery.
