Week 6 of the NFL season is upon us and we have our sportsbook insiders take us through the most interesting lines and odds for another stacked week.

The Colts will try to get over their spell against the Patriots, who enter as touchdown favorites on the road. Andrew Luck should be back for Indianapolis in the Sunday night game that is generating plenty of action for oddsmakers, as the Colts are getting plenty of love from the sharps.

Another key game on the docket will go down in Buffalo when the Bills take on the undefeated Bengals. Andy Dalton and company are three-point favorites over the 3-2 Bills, who will be turning to EJ Manuel while starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor remains sidelined with an injury.
