The Bottlecap Challenge has taken over social media in the last week, and the Oregon Duck mucked it up in glorious fashion. The Oregon Duck is known for his hijinks during the college football season, and the mascot is one of the most beloved in the country. Just remember that his name is NOT Puddles, and Oregon fans will not be happy if you call the mascot that name.
God this is beautiful https://t.co/oqcqEbkxf7

No conference cares more about college football than the SEC. To borrow a slogan from their network, ‘It just means more’ in the south, and there could be some massive changes this offseason. For the first time in an eternity, there were no coaching changes at the end of the season in 2018, and that means at least two or three coaches are likely to be gone by the end of the 2019 season. Gus Malzahn is perennially on the hot seat at Auburn and he headlines the list, but I think some of the coaches that are considered somewhat safe might be on the way out too. Many schools in the SEC have grandiose expectations that don’t match with reality, and I wouldn’t be stunned to see Will Muschamp, Derek Mason, and Jeremy Pruitt all given their walking papers.

Over the past 24 hours, we have seen a number of tributes to Jared Lorenzen after it was announced that the former University of Kentucky quarterback had passed away at the age of 38. Lorenzen was a unique athlete. He had the size to bowl over defenders, and he was far more nimble than you would think given his size. Lorenzen was one of the best quarterbacks in Kentucky history, and anyone that watched college football in the early 2000s is sure to have fond memories of him. There will never be another quarterback like him.
You're a college cornerback, and you see the quarterback running straight at you. It's on you to make the tackle. One problem: He weighs 100 pounds more than you. You get low and brace for impact.
And then Jared Lorenzen does stuff like this. pic.twitter.com/ECvVfxmIOr— Rodger Sherman (@rodger) July 3, 2019
