The 76ers, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 114-110 loss against the Kings in their last game. Robert Covington had a game-high 29 points.
The Pistons have emerged victorious in both games against the 76ers this year, including a 110-97 win the last time these two teams met. Drummond put up a double-double in the victory with 25 points and 18 rebounds.
