Ever since Aaron Rodgers struggled to chug a beer during a break of a Milwaukee Bucks’ playoff game, quarterbacks chugging beer has been a hot trend. Matthew Stafford was the first to get in on the action, and over the last two weeks, Mitch Trubisky, Pat Mahomes, Josh Allen, and Chase Daniel have showed they can finish a brew much faster than Rodgers. Even former quarterback Dan Orlovsky got in on the fun yesterday, easily finishing ahead of Adam Schefter when the two had a chug-off on ESPN’s NFL Live.

Aaron Rodgers finally responded to the ribbing yesterday, and he got in a shot of his own. When asked about the trend of quarterbacks proving themselves to be better beer drinkers, he quickly jabbed that some of his contemporaries have finally shown they are better than him at something. Knowing Rodgers’ competitive nature, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him pound a beer before the start of the season to get the last laugh.
After getting trolled by rival quarterbacks over his failure to chug a beer, Aaron Rodgers finally had something to say.

Bell was robbed of $520,000 in jewelry by two female acquaintances while he went to work out at a gym by his home in Hollywood, Florida. Bell is currently with the New York Jets at their mandatory minicamp, and we heard the story for the first time late yesterday.

The Washington Redskins might start the season with rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins under center, and it would really hurt not to have standout left tackle Trent Williams protecting him. Williams has demanded either a trade or release from his contract after team doctors mishandled a medical issue in the offseason, and he has vowed to not play for Washington again.
Redskins tackle Morgan Moses said of Trent Williams not showing up in part because of dissatisfaction with how the growth on his head was treated this offseason.
"It's about time someone like that stands up," Moses said. "It's not just a situation here; it happens throughout…— John Keim (@john_keim) June 5, 2019
