The Bobcats come in on a high note after blowing out the Saint Peter’s Peacocks in their last outing, 77-58. Quinnipiac was successful at getting and making free throws. This will be the second game of the season between these two squads. Isaiah Reese had 11 points and nine assists in the first game, in which the Golden Griffins topped the Bobcats 65-63. Canisius had a much better turnover percentage (12.3 vs. 19.2). Quinnipiac, meanwhile, did a terrific job of making free throws (9-12; 75.0 percent).
Points at the line could be hard to come by for Canisius in this contest. The Golden Griffins currently rank 244th in the nation with a free throw attempt (FTA) rate of 0.214, while Quinnipiac ranks third in FTA rate allowed (0.147).
