Sacramento Kings vs Orlando Magic Odds

The Sacramento Kings (4-9) head to Orlando to play the Magic (6-6) in a game that will likely be up tempo. The game starts at 5:00 pm ET on Saturday, Nov. 21 and will air on FxF and CSA.

The Magic edged the Timberwolves 104-101 on Wednesday. Evan Fournier led all scorers on the team with 26 points on 9-for-17 shooting. The Kings, meanwhile, are coming off a 116-109 loss to the Heat on Thursday. Rajon Rondo had a solid game, recording his fifth double-double of the season with 14 points and 18 assists.

Over the last five games, a number of players have been hot for the Kings. Rudy Gay has led the way, averaging 19.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.5 three-pointers. Rondo (14.0 PTS, 9.8 REB, 14.2 AST, 1.8 STL, and 1.2 3PM) and DeMarcus Cousins (30.8 PTS, 11.2 REB, 2.2 AST, 0.6 STL, 1.2 BLK, and 2.0 3PM) have also been superb.

There should be plenty of transition action in this game. The Magic rank third in the league in possessions per game (102.2), while the Kings are fourth (102.2).

The Magic are favored by a slight two-point margin in their matchup against Sacramento. The Magic enter the game with records of 6-6 Straight Up (SU) and 8-4 Against The Spread (ATS). They have the same record SU and ATS against the Western Conference, going 4-2. Orlando has averaged 110.0 points per game during Western Conference play, higher than its season average of 101.2.

Across the court, the Kings head into the game with records of 6-7 ATS and 4-9 SU. In Eastern Conference games, Sacramento has gone 3-2 SU and ATS. A large part of Sacramento’s game is creating turnovers and turning them into points. They are scoring 19.6 points per game off turnovers, which ranks fifth in the league.

This game marks the first time these teams will play this season. The last time the Magic and the Kings played, Orlando won, taking the head-to-head record to an even 5-5 SU over the past 10 meetings. However, with a 6-4 record, the Kings have the advantage ATS.
