San Francisco Giants – Los Angeles Dodgers Preview – 08.25.2016

Ross Stripling (3-4, 4.04 ERA) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (71-55) go up against Matt Moore (7-10, 4.18 ERA) and the San Francisco Giants (68-58) in the last of a three-game division series at Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers won the last game 1-0, and Los Angeles leads the series 2-0. The game gets underway at 10:10 p.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 25 and will air on CSBA and SNLA.

In his most recent outing, Stripling pitched 5.0 innings, giving up three runs (one unearned), striking out five and walking two in a 5-4 loss to the Phillies. Justin Turner (.279, 61 Rs, 24 HRs, 74 RBIs, 3 SBs) played well again yesterday, going 2 for 3 with one run, one home run, and one RBI. The Giants were also unsuccessful the last time Moore pitched. He went 5.0 innings, allowing three runs, striking out three and walking three in a 9-5 loss to the Mets.
