Also, the elite offense of the Catamounts ranks 21st in eFG% at 54.8%, while the Redhawks are 14th-best in the nation at forcing opponents’ misses (48.1%).

The Redhawks enter the game with records of 16-16 Straight Up (SU) and 9-11 Against The Spread (ATS). They have a solid 8-2 SU record over their last 10 games, but have not fared as well ATS (0-3-1). The Redhawks have limited opponents’ efforts from beyond the arc, allowing 8.0 three-pointers made per game.

Over on the other bench, the Catamounts were a poor bet so far, with a disappointing record of 1-5-1 ATS. Their SU record, 22-13, hasn’t been quite as bad. The Vermont defense has been a problem for competitors, allowing only .425 shooting from the field to its opponents.
