Lowry on Kawhi: ‘I’m not helping him enough’ | ESPN
The Toronto Raptors lost Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semis against the Philadelphia 76ers, and besides Kawhi Leonard and Pascal Siakam, no Raptor contributed well enough including Kyle Lowry. Lowry ended the tilt with seven points on 2-for-10 shooting in 38 minutes.
Lowry is far from being happy with lack of help for Leonard and he expressed his frustration about his own contribution, or lack thereof. “We’ve got to help him,” Lowry said. “I was literally saying it during the game. We have to help him. He’s doing everything he can possibly do offensively and defensively to f—ing win games, and myself, I’m not helping him enough. I’m not putting it on nobody else but me.”
