Texas Southern Tigers – Alcorn State Braves Preview – 03.05.2016

Southwestern Athletic foes will lock horns when the Alcorn State Braves (15-13) play the Texas Southern Tigers (16-13) at David L. Whitney Gymnasium. Action begins at 5:00 pm ET on Saturday, Mar. 5.

The Braves enter this game hoping for similar success after topping Prairie View A&M 81-64 on Thursday. Devonte Hampton was the game’s leading scorer with 20 points on 6-for-10 shooting. The Tigers, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 84-79 loss against Southern on Thursday.
