Texas Tech Red Raiders – Kansas Jayhawks Preview – 02.27.2016

The No. 2-ranked Kansas Jayhawks (24-4) welcome the Texas Tech Red Raiders (18-9) to Allen Fieldhouse as the regular season wraps up. Action starts at 12:00 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 27 and will air on ESP and ES3.

The Jayhawks enter this game hoping for similar success after defeating Baylor 66-60 on Tuesday. Frank Mason III was the game’s high scorer with 19 points on 7-for-11 shooting. The Red Raiders, meanwhile, are coming off an 83-79 win against TCU on Tuesday. Zach Smith played well for Texas Tech, posting 23 points, eight rebounds, and three blocks.

Smith has been on a tear over the last five games for the Red Raiders, averaging 13.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steal, and 2.0 blocks.
