Former St. Louis Rams, New England Patriots, and Philadelphia Eagles defensive end, Chris Long, who recently retired from the NFL, admitted he used marijuana from time to time. The NFL announced names of the cities that will host the draft in the next few years but didn’t announce a host for the 2022 Draft. Also, the presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg defends NFL players who are kneeling during National Anthem.
Long admits he smoked marijuana
Chris Long, a two-time Super Bowl champion and winner of the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year in 2018, retired after spending the previous season with the Philadelphia Eagles. During his post-retirement interview, Long admitted that he smoked marijuana from time to time and said that it was easy to bypass the NFL’s drug testing.
Typical day. Get on an interview to talk retirement. Get asked about NFL drug testing and I end up admitting I smoke the devil’s lettuce sometimes. Worst part is my three year old son sees it on his timeline before I can give him “the talk.” Emotionally drained.

NFL didn’t announce a host for the 2022 Draft
The NFL announced that Cleveland will host the 2021 Draft and that Kansas City is hosting the 2023 edition and we already knew that Las Vegas will welcome football prospects in 2020. However, the league didn’t announce the name of the 2022 Draft host and Ian Rapoport explains why.

Baldwin’s legacy
The Seahawks decided to release wide receiver Doug Baldwin due to failed physical earlier this month and only a few days later, Baldwin announced his retirement. A Super Bowl champion and two-time Pro-Bowler, Baldwin left a deep mark in Seattle.
"There's nobody like Doug Baldwin. He's going to be remembered here forever."
All love from @DangeRussWilson on the legacy of @DougBaldwinJr. 💯 pic.twitter.com/pKKRL4yP1H

Buttigieg defends NFL players
Pete Buttigieg, who is running for president of the United States in the upcoming elections, said that he supports NFL players who were kneeling during the National Anthem because they had right to do so. This statement could definitely raise some eyebrows but it seems that Buttigieg knows what he’s doing.
.@PeteButtigieg says when he saw NFL players protest police brutality by kneeling during the National Anthem, he saw Americans using a right that he fought to defend. https://t.co/lS3IVwntZf #buttigiegpostlive pic.twitter.com/UALsWvCOks

Redmond suspended for four games
Cincinnati Bengals guard Alex Redmond will be suspended for the opening four games of the season for violating the NFL’s Performance-Enhancing Drug Policy.
Bengals’ guard Alex Redmond, who started 15 games last season, is being suspended four games for violating the NFL’s Performance-Enhancing Drug Policy, per @Kat_Terrell and me. Played last season with a torn labrum and hamstring injury, and made bad decision to try to help it.
