Brook Lopez – C – Brooklyn Nets
(Vs. Charlotte) 34 points, 10 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 steals, 16-26 FG (61%), 2 turnovers
Lopez has been incredible in March. Wednesday night was his second consecutive 30+ points outing, and he continues to fill up stats on the defensive side as well. His play is single-handily keeping the Nets in the playoff race, and he’s not likely to slow down anytime soon.
Lopez is averaging 26.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 3.2 blocks, 62 percent shooting, and 1.0 turnovers per game in his last five.
Al Jefferson – C – Charlotte Hornets
(Vs.Brooklyn) 23 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks, 11-19 FG (57%), 2 turnovers
Jefferson bounced back in a strong way against the Nets, despite battling some minor knee issues that aren’t likely to go away until he gets some prolonged rest. With the season winding down, and with the Hornets remaining in playoff position, don’t expect that rest to come anytime soon.
Jefferson is averaging 16.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 blocks, 45 percent shooting, and 1.8 turnovers per game in his last five.
George Hill – PG – Indiana Pacers
(Vs. Washington) 29 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds, 1 block, 1 steal, 12-24 FG (50%), 4 turnovers
Hill had an excellent outing against the Wizards, including the game-winning layup with 2.7 seconds left. He has been solid all March, and appears to be gaining momentum as the season winds down.
Hill is averaging 20.2 points, 5.2 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 1.0 steals, 53 percent shooting, and 2.2 turnovers per game in his last five.
John Wall – PG – Washington Wizards
(Vs.Indiana) 34 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 block, 2 steals, 11-21 FG (52%), 2 turnovers
Wall got the better of Hill stat-wise, but still came out on the losing end. The 34 point outing was the second time Wall has gone for 20 or more in his past five, and came as a result of some improved shooting, as Wall hadn’t shot above 38 percent in his previous three games.

Nerlens Noel – C – Philadelphia 76ers
(Vs. Denver) 14 points, 15 rebounds, 4 blocks, 4 steals, 2 assists, 5-8 FG (62%) 2 turnovers
Noel is coming on strong as the season comes to an end, and is still leading league centers in steals. He is a must play in all formats, and his previously poor shooting has improved substantially.
Noel is averaging 14.2 points, 10. rebounds, 1.4 assists, 3.6 blocks, 2.0 steals, 54 percent shooting, and 1.2 turnovers per game in his last five.
