After a nine-year drought, the Carolina Hurricanes clinched a playoff berth. They defeated the New Jersey Devils 3-1 at home last night, and goalie Petr Mrazek was the Hurricanes’ hero. Mrazek made 36 saves to lift his team over the Devils, and he was thrilled after the game, as we can see from his interview.

The Golden Knights are so popular in Las Vegas, and the city truly loves this team. The Golden Knights made it to the Stanley Cup Finals last season and will play in the playoffs once again this year. The fans are excited, and this little girl was over the moon when she got Pierre-Edouard Bellemare’s jersey while congratulating her idol on the playoff berth.

The Washington Capitals won the Metropolitan Division title for the fourth season in a row, and the reigning champions are now waiting to see who they will face in the first round of the playoffs. Marc-Andre Fleury is a living legend and a three-time Stanley Cup champion with the Pittsburgh Penguins. After 13 years in Pittsburgh, the Canadian goaltender moved his talents to Las Vegas, leading the Golden Knights to the finals last year. Nikita Zadorov just can’t wait for the playoffs
The Colorado Avalanche is another team that clinched a playoff spot last night with a 3-2 overtime win over the Winnipeg Jets. The Avs made it for the second season in a row, and defenseman Nikita Zadorov just can’t wait to hear Pepsi Center buzzing. Zadorov scored seven goals along with seven assists in 69 games this season.
