The St. Louis Blues will have a chance to reach the Stanley Cup Finals after a big 5-0 victory over the San Jose Sharks on the road and now the Blues can secure their place in the final with a victory in front of their own fans. Jaden Schwartz destroyed the Sharks with a hat-trick as the Blues dominated the tilt and San Jose’s head coach Peter DeBoer wasn’t happy with his team’s performance.
Five-star Blues
The St. Louis Blues dismantled the San Jose Sharks in Game 5 on the road and scored five goals without conceding one, which was the first time in this year’s NHL Playoffs they recorded a shutout. Jaden Schwartz scored three goals in a win and here you can see highlights from the game.

Tarasenko with a perfect penalty
Vladimir Tarasenko had a goal-scoring chance in the second period as he burst in front of San Jose Sharks goalie Martin Jones, but Brent Burns caught him with a stick and the referee awarded a penalty to the Blues. Tarasenko took over and scored an excellent goal.

DeBoer blames fatigue for a loss
San Jose Sharks head coach Peter DeBoer didn’t admit that his team was outplayed in a massive 5-0 defeat and instead he blamed fatigue for defeat. He also complained about penalties but it was obvious that the visitors were way better.
