NBA playoffs 2019: Kevin Durant’s Game 3 technical foul rescinded | Sporting News
The Golden State Warriors beat the Los Angeles Clippers 132-105 in Game 3 of the playoffs and Kevin Durant was called for a technical when he and JaMychal Green were caught jawing after a play. The technical has since been rescinded.
“Me and JaMychal Green, we were conversing about the play that happened before, just like you and I,” Durant said. “Somebody came out of nowhere and tech’d us both. How would you feel? That was pretty quick. Hopefully, they rescind that one because I don’t want somebody to think somebody is in my head, that’s why I got that tech. I just want to get that out of the way because I don’t want to jeopardize my team in the future.”
GSW’s K. Durant and LAC’s J. Green have double technical fouls (8:39, 3rd Q) from game on 4/18/19 rescinded upon league office review.

Warriors Reportedly Sent in Tape Complaining About Patrick Beverley’s defense | Complex
The Golden State Warriors sent in a tape to the NBA league office to complain about Patrick Beverley’s defensive plays on the court. They are far from being happy with Beverley’s holding, clutching, grabbing, pushing and Durant explained Pat’s D here.
“They’re playing a gimmick defense which has been working,” Durant said. “Top-locking everything on the perimeter, so guys are not even looking at the 3-point line, they’re just forcing guys inside the 3-point line. So for us, when I get the ball in my spots, I got a pest, Patrick Beverley, who is up underneath me, who I can definitely shoot over the top and score every time if it’s a one-on-one situation.”
After two games, the Warriors apparently weren't happy with how Patrick Beverley was playing KD.
