Cleveland Cavaliers veteran sharpshooter Kyle Korver is ageless. Korver, who entered the league in 2003, has been arguably the Cavs’ second- or third-best player in the postseason. In a pivotal Game 4 against the Boston Celtics Monday night, he played 25 minutes and scored 14 points on 4-for-7 shooting.
After the game, Cavs coach Ty Lue quipped that he couldn’t believe a 36-year-old was making such a big difference in the series. ESPN’s Rachel Nichols corrected Lue during his press conference, however, informing him that Korver is in fact 37 years old.
Lue had a priceless response.
“He’s 37 now?” Lue said. “God dang. We playing him too many minutes. We need him, though.”
Korver, a one-time All-Star (2015), is a consistent presence LeBron James can count on. His shooting is well noted, but he has also played above standard defensively. Monday, he had three blocks.

The former Creighton standout garnered attention and respect for his Game 4 efforts.
How good is Kyle Korver. One of the greatest shooters ever, knows how to play, gives every last ounce playing hard, smart defense. Yet doesn't even start for the Cavs. Does LeBron ever have some help.

The only proof that Kyle Korver is 37 is this picture of him with Philly Allen Iverson pic.twitter.com/MNaNPD1v3y

Kyle Korver is 37 years old and breaking out the entire YMCA repertoire tonight. All that is missing are those tall socks that he used to wear.

Cavs Even It Up
Thanks in large part to the veteran’s efforts, the Cavs pulled out a 111-102 win Monday. The Eastern Conference Finals are now leveled at two games apiece.
Game 5 will see the series head back to Boston. Catch that game Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. EST on ESPN.
