Professional MMA fighter & trainer Hollywood Joe Tussing brings you the Fight Review/Recap for the UFC 223 fight Zabit  Magomedsharipov vs Kyle Bochniak on April 7, 2018.

We just finished witnessing UFC 223-Zabit  Magomedsharipov get the decision win over Kyle Bochniak.  What an amazing fight.  Kyle Bochniak definitely outmatched skill wise, but not with heart.
This guy is a complete savage, even taking knees to the chin, eating them and smiling, and asking for more.  Zabit Magomedsharipov looked super impressive with amazing spinning back kicks to
the chin, high flying kness, a beautiful outside step in trip, and beautiful double legs.  He looked very good against the cage, but Kyle Bochniak was outstanding getting back to his feet.  Zabit has
always been able to control his opponents but in this fight he was not able to do that.  Kyle Bochniak showed outstanding heart in this fight and I was excited to watch this fight as this was my
fight of the night pick and it did not disappoint.

Zabit  Magomedsharipov is an outstanding 145 pound fighter, but by the end of the third round we could see his gas tank starting to run out.  Kyle Bochniak really got close to rocking Zabit  at the end
of that round and I was really hoping that Kyle would be able to finish it up in that third round.  He did well shaking Magomedsharipov off his back and I wish he wasn’t quite so tired so he could have
capitalized with some top game or some ground and pound but this was an outstanding fight all around.  I was very impressed by Kyle Bochniak, who is just a complete monster inside of the cage.
I always love watching that guy fight.  Zabit  Magomedsharipov is just an outstanding fighter and it’s going to be interesting to see him fight someone in the top five at 145 pounds, as right now he looks
pretty close to invincible.
