UFC Fight Night 63 Undercard Odds Review

This Saturday night the UFC brings their Fight Night series to Fairfax, Va. with a card featuring featherweights Chad Mendes and Ricardo Lamas in the main event.  The undercard is one of the better undercards we’ve seen in recent Fight Night events, as veteran names Liz Carmouche, Clay Guida, Dustin Poirier and Gray Maynard all add star power to the lower portion of the cards.

Both Maynard and Poirier are moving up to the lightweight class, as Poirier faces Carlos Ferreira and Maynard gets Alexander Yakolev.  For Poirier, he would like to bounce back from his last outing, where he lost to Conor McGregor on the big stage.

Maynard has lost three fights in a row and is looking to just get a win.  Yakolev is 0-2 in the UFC, and for him, a third loss in a row is doubtful to yield a call back from the UFC.

In the ladies division, Lauren Murphy is 0-1 in the UFC, but she lost a split decision to Sara McMann, who is considered one of the top athletes in the division.  It is a tall order for Carmouche, who has gone 1-3 in the UFC and has dropped two in a row.

In this latest video blog, our MMA blogger Miguel Iturrate reviews the odds for the UFC Fight Night’s undercard.
