Utah State Aggies – San Diego State Aztecs Preview – 01.23.2016

The Utah State Aggies (11-7) visit San Diego State to play the Aztecs (13-6) in what should be a low-scoring game. Action starts at 6:00 pm ET on Saturday, Jan. 23 and will air on CCS.

The Aztecs defeated Fresno State 73-67 on Tuesday. Trey Kell was the game’s leading scorer with 27 points on 9-for-13 shooting. The Aggies are coming off an 80-68 loss to UNLV on Tuesday. Chris Smith had a good shooting night, leading the team with 16 points.

This is the second game of the year between these two teams, with the Aztecs winning the first matchup 70-67. In the loss, Lew Evans had a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds.

San Diego State is a five-point favorite in this game and the Over/Under (O/U) is sitting at 130 points.
