It figures to be a low-scoring affair as the Valparaiso Crusaders (25-5) visit Green Bay to play the Phoenix (19-11). Action starts at 3:00 pm ET on Sunday, Feb. 28 and can be seen on ES3.
The Phoenix beat UIC 85-69 on Friday. With 14 points and 15 rebounds, Jordan Fouse recorded his 10th double-double of the season. The Crusaders, meanwhile, are coming off an 80-76 win against Milwaukee on Friday. Alec Peters shot 8 for 15 and led in scoring with 23 points.
Charles Cooper has taken his game to another level over the last five games for the Phoenix. During that stretch, he has averaged 17.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 0.8 steals. Peters has also been on a tear in the same span, averaging 20.0 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 3.0 three-pointers while leading the Crusaders.
