The UFC returns to Macao, China with the FIGHT NIGHT 49 event this weekend, headlined by the Middleweight bout between Cung Le and Michael Bisping.  Right now, the books have Bisping a comfortable (-325) favorite, with the return on Cung Le at (+265).  Could there be some value to be found in Le as an underdog?
