Video Blog: Combat Sports Odds Blog for Dec. 13 Fights

This weekend is loaded with combat sports, as the UFC has a pair of big events and the World Series of Fighting 16 scheduled.  Don’t forget boxing, as Las Vegas hosts not one but two major cards as Amir Khan faces Devon Alexander at the MGM Grand, and Timothy Bradley takes on Diego Gabriel Chaves at the Cosmopolitan.

Not to be outdone, the UFC is at the Palms in Las Vegas with The Ultimate Fighter Season 20 finale, which will crown the first ever UFC women’s strawweight champion as Carla Esparza faces Rose Namajunas.  Then, just down the road in Phoenix, Arizona on the 13th, the UFC returns with a card headlined by Heavyweights Junior Dos Santos and Stipe Miocic.  As always, look for lines on both cards, which is more than 20 fights in the UFC alone.

The World Series of Fighting card is also on Saturday, and the main event there features UFC rejects Jon Fitch and Rousimar Palhares  battle for the WSOF’s Welterweight title.  Four other bouts from this card are also getting odds at the books.

Here, our veteran blogger Miguel Iturrate issues five bets in his ongoing Combat Sports Betting blog.  Right now, the account has roughly $2200 dollars in it. We will see where Amir Khan, Carla Esparza, Aisling Daly, Stefan Struve and Rousimar Palhares leave us.
