Video Blog: UFC Fight Night 59 Main Card Odds

The UFC Fight Night 59 card scheduled for Boston on Jan. 18 has odds and over/under lines up for the full card.   The main event of Conor McGregor versus Denis Siver is intriguing for a load of reasons, not the least of which is that McGregor gets a title shot with a win.

With a main event with that much hype, it is hard for a co-main event to keep up, but the Benson Henderson versus Donald Cerrone III bout that has been put together has so many side stories that it is nearly equaling the main event when it comes to “buzz”.  Now, Eddie Alvarez had to pull out of this fight with Henderson due to a cold basically, so it will be interesting to see who he is matched up against from among the UFC’s deep lightweight division going forward.

Cerrone just won this past weekend in his fight with Myles Jury, and to take a fight on short notice like this is rightfully pushing a lot of props Cerrone’s way.  If he comes out a winner in this one, he will achieve superhero status. The opening line not mentioned in the blog has Cerrone a slight (+125) underdog, with Henderson paying (-145).

In this video blog, our veteran MMA expert Miguel Iturrate takes a look at the main card odds:
