Another day, another injury revealed for the Warriors, who learned Monday they won’t have defensive stopper Kevon Looney for the rest of the NBA Finals. Golden State is already without Kevin Durant and has key players Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala and DeMarcus Cousins banged up. On the other side of the court, the Raptors’ Kawhi Leonard has filed a lawsuit to protect his personal logo, and Toronto thinks it’s still in good shape despite a disappointing second half in Game 2.
Looney has taken on added importance with Durant out, especially on defense. If they both miss Game 3, that could spell trouble for a banged-up Golden State.

Kawhi Leonard’s logo is a bit strange, but he says it’s his alone, and he wants to make sure Nike can’t own the copyright.

Speaking of Nike, the company has a rather interesting KD T-Shirt on sale … is this a hint Durant is coming back to the Bay next year?
Nike has this @KDTrey5 shirt on the site that has all the Teams/Cities KD has played for. The last 2 are Oakland & San Francisco. GSW last season in Oakland is this season. Next season they are in SF. Did @Nike confirm KD back to Warriors? #NBAFinals #Warriors #NBA pic.twitter.com/SsdX2iTlKd

The Raptors clearly have their hands full with Golden State already. They could really use all of their stars on the court for as much as possible.
Kyle Lowry has had five or more fouls in an astonishing 33% of his playoff games as a #Raptors player. That and more in yesterday’s work: https://t.co/yKXA4h37Lo

Despite the fact that Toronto could easily be up 2-0 and instead lost homecourt, there are plenty of media saying the Raptors are still in fine shape now that the Finals is down to a best-of-five series.
The Toronto Raptors feel good mentally, and they are certainly in better shape physically than the Golden State Warriors with Game 3 tomorrow in Oakland. https://t.co/FESbGVcpkx pic.twitter.com/whvOiEkQxe
