Peter Loshak of Sportsbook Review goes through the NFL’s Week 2 games and lines to give an expert look into Sunday’s action.
One of the most interesting games on this week’s slate is the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots taking on an upstart Buffalo Bills club. The Bills looked excellent in the opening week with one of the most talented defensive fronts in football and a promising showing from new quarterback Tyrod Taylor. But will that momentum from the opener be enough to ride on against Tom Brady and the Pats?
Elsewhere, in the seemingly weak NFC East, the Dallas Cowboys get their second division test of the season as they take on the Eagles. After edging out the Giants in a Week 1 thriller, Tony Romo and the offense will look for more consistency against an Eagles pass defense that didn’t fare too well in its opener. Philadelphia is again a solid favorite against the ‘Boys, but can Chip Kelly and the Eagles be counted on to rebound against a playoff-caliber Dallas team?
