Superstars come and go quickly in professional sports, and that’s no different in Major League Baseball. The latest to burst onto the scene is the Pirates’ Josh Bell, who had a monster month of May and appears to be Pittsburgh’s latest great slugger. He’s building quite an audience on social media, too. Then there’s former Pirates star Andrew McCutchen, who hurt his knee Monday night and asked for some help from fans. Other social media moments were more fun: Draft videos are always cool, and so are strange bloopers.
Josh Bell using a Bible verse from the book of Joshua is very meta (it’s also very meaningful; look it up)
The Phillies’ Andrew McCutchen suffered a knee injury in the outfield in San Diego and wants some prayers from fans for a good prognosis.
Pray for me. Please

Now time for some cool draft videos. These guys will always remember these moments.
A dream fulfilled. You’ll always have this moment, @BwittJr.

What in the heck happened on this play? Apparently the shortstop was the only one who thought the correct play was at home. Clearly no one else did.
Welp, we’ve never seen anything like this before. pic.twitter.com/F3Kfd8wc8R

Oh, Walker Buehler puns. When you’re as hot as the Dodgers, you can get away with anything.
They ain’t even go to class, Buehler. pic.twitter.com/r2qfwiIZ9t
