In Week 5, the Chargers knocked off this Oakland crew by a score of 26-10. The Raiders defensive secondary let the Chargers air it out for 339 yards and two touchdowns. Melvin Gordon III put up a solid outing for Los Angeles, recording 58 rushing yards and a score on 19 attempts, along with 62 yards on four catches. For Oakland, Derek Carr completed 24-of-33 passes for 268 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Marshawn Lynch (31 rushing yards on nine attempts) handled the running game while Jalen Richard (six receptions, 53 yards) and Jordy Nelson (four catches, 43 yards, one TD) led the receiving attack in the loss.
Seattle has run the ball on 50.2 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Oakland has an overall rush percentage of 38.0 percent. The Seahawks have rushed for 122 yards/game and have four scores on the ground this year. The Raiders are totaling 95 rushing yards per game and have three total rush TDs.
