WNBA Odds: The Atlanta Dream visit the Chicago Sky in the feature game in the WNBA this weekend. The contest is set for Saturday with a start time of 8 pm Eastern on NBA TV. Both teams are off to good starts this season, as the Chicago Sky are 3-0 while the Atlanta Dream are 2-0. There are three games in the WNBA on Saturday and two on Sunday. Let’s look at all five contests and WNBA predictions.
Saturday, May 24th
Atlanta Dream at Chicago Sky (NBA TV)
These teams have split their last ten meetings although the Atlanta Dream have gone 6-4 ATS. They have also split the last ten in Chicago but taking the points has been the way to go, as the Atlanta Dream have covered six of the ten. Two of the last three have gone under. I will stick with the trends in this one and take the Atlanta Dream plus the points on Saturday.
Seattle Storm at Washington Mystics
This is a back-to-back for both teams as they each played on Friday night. I am surprised at the slow start by the Seattle Storm as I expected them to be improved this season. I will take them plus the points in this one.
New York Liberty at Minnesota Lynx
Normally I would be all over the home team in this matchup but they had to play on Friday night while the New York Liberty were off. The New York Liberty have actually won six of the last ten at Minnesota. I will take the points in this game.
Sunday, May 25th
San Antonio Silver Stars at Los Angeles Sparks
The San Antonio Silver Stars had to play on Friday while the Los Angeles Sparks are well rested. I will lay the points and take the home team in WNBA predictions.
Indiana Fever at Atlanta Dream
The Indiana Fever will have an extra day of rest as they played on Friday while the Atlanta Dream played on Saturday. I will take the points with the road team in this contest.
