Oklahoma State most-recently came up short in a 48-47 shootout to Oklahoma. The defensive unit allowed the Sooners to pass for 349 yards while rushing for 353 yards and five scores. Kennedy Brooks was outstanding, recording 165 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 15 attempts for the Sooners. For Oklahoma State, Taylor Cornelius completed 34-of-53 passes for 501 yards and three touchdowns. Chuba Hubbard (104 rushing yards on 22 attempts, three TDs) handled the ground attack in the defeat while Tyron Johnson (11 receptions, 128 yards, one TD) and Tylan Wallace (10 catches, 220 yards, two TDs) led the pass-catching corps.
